By adding one rep maxes (1RM) to your athlete's profile you can easily prescribe percentage-based training to your programming.
Add a 1RM for your athletes:
1. Click settings on your email address on the top right
2. Under Maxes click "ADD LIFT"
3. If your exercise is a variation of another movement and you want to calculate the maximum of that exercise you can create a formula to automatically fill that 1RM.
Example: The "Chain Front Squat" is going to be .8 times the amount of your "Squat". This will automatically fill in a 200 lb Squat to a 160 lb Chain Front Squat.
